All Remote WorkXers go through our structured 30-60-90 day onboarding program before being fully integrated into long-term client engagements.
Remote WorkXers are independent contractors under Remote WorkX Global.
They undergo a structured 3-month onboarding program. After successful completion, their engagement transitions into an automatically renewable annual agreement, unless either party provides written notice.
It depends on the hours you secure:
Full-time (40 hours/week): Fully exclusive to your business.
Part-time (20 hours/week): May serve up to one additional client within
Remote WorkX, never exceeding 8 total working hours per day.
We ensure workload balance so performance and quality are never compromised.
Level 1 (Operations Support): Client-managed daily, with support from your dedicated Client Success Manager.
Level 2 (Technical & Strategic Roles): More autonomous, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives or small teams if needed.
Every client is assigned a Client Success Manager (CSM) who:
- Supports onboarding
- Monitors performance
- Assists with escalations
- Helps refine KPIs and scope
We activate our Business Continuity Program.
We provide trained Support Remote WorkXers who are:

Billing Information
We bill on the 15th of each month, covering:
- The first two weeks already rendered

✔ After onboarding completion → 2% of monthly invoice as replacement fee
This protects both clients and our Remote WorkXers from frequent rotations.
Replacement timeline: 3–7 business days.
Standard notice: 15 days (both client and Remote WorkXer).
Immediate termination is allowed in cases of contract breach.
If notice is not honored, pro-rated adjustments apply.
